Return & Exchange Policy

In case you receive a damaged product, please email/call us immediately!

Please note, that you need to send the pictures of damaged product to us within 24 hours of receiving the product, as we won’t accept damaged returns after that. Please record a full video of opening any package without pause/editing to ensure that you have received all the components.

We do not allow refunds for any item. We will gladly exchange items within 14 days of receiving your package.

When exchanging an item/component, please make sure all original garmet tags/ packaging are still attached and the item(s) are unused and returned in original packaging. We will not accept exchanges that have stains or have been used.
