Our Robotic kit contains Lego like electronic blocks like Power, Lamp, Buzzer, Motors, Wheels, Distance sensor, Dark sensor, Invert and in/out Extension.

Experiential Learning
Experiential learning refers to, “making meaning from direct experience”. Experiential learning plays a supporting role in experiential education which facilitates the process of knowledge creation, sense-making and knowledge transfer in teaching, training and development. It is a constructivist approach where students are engaged in meaningful personal inquiry and where collaboration and personalized learning are emphasized.
Teaching Methods for your Children
1. READ ALOUD TO YOUR CHILD:
Start teaching your child from infancy. When you read in front of your child it instills in her a love for books. Enjoyment while reading is one of the single greatest predictors of reading success in school-age children. If children don’t learn from an early age to enjoy reading, it will most likely hinder their ability sometime down the road.
Birth-1 Year: Lullabies, Board Books (with real pictures), Cloth Books (with various textures), Song Books
1 Year-3 Years: Rhyming Books, Song Books, Short-Story Board Books
3 Years-5 Years: Alphabet Books, Song Books, Picture Books, Rhyming Books
2. ASK QUESTIONS:
Asking questions while reading to your child is not only great for encouraging your child to interact with the book, but it is also extremely effective in developing his ability to comprehend what he is reading.
3. IDENTIFY LETTERS IN NATURAL SETTINGS:
Allow your child to be a kid and take advantage of the “teachable moments” as they come along. Children’s minds are like sponges and are certainly capable of memorizing the alphabet from drilling, but that’s not the most effective method that will produce the best long-term results. Your child will be curious about the print he sees around him and will ask questions. That’s your chance to jump in with a practical application that actually has real meaning and significance to your child.
4. CLASSIFY THE GENRE
Once your child is around 5 and can recognize the difference between real and make-believe, I would suggest starting to help your child understand various genres of books during your reading time together. This might seem complicated, but it’s really not. There are around 5 different genres of children’s books that I would encourage you to point out to your little one. Of course, you can use the term “type” rather than “genre” if that is easier to remember.
1. Nonfiction (real stories or facts about animals, places, people, etc),
2. Fantasy (make-believe, can’t happen in real life because of magic, talking animals, etc),
3. Realistic Fiction (a made-up story, but it could technically happen in real life because of the characters and situations are believable),
4. Alphabet Books,
5. Song Books.
Implementation of STEM in Schools
We at *INN STEM LAB* introduces middle and secondary school students (grades 1st – 9th) to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) by immersing them in integrated, inter-disciplinary, hands-on projects that are based on problems of our present and future life.STEM Education is the interdisciplinary process of teaching that integrates these four disciplines to promote real-world experience, teamwork, and the authentic application of technology which are essential for success.
Students can forget just bookish knowledge but hardly forget practical learning in life. By experiential learning through doing various STEM modules, students use their own original minds and become out of the box positive thinkers. By STEM education, students create more interests in books too and they perform better in their regular school’s examination.
Providing hands-on experience to students is a verified method for their growth, analytical skills, and logical thinking. It is accepted as an ideal education method in many developed countries.
Even our ancient Gurukul system had emphasized on “Learning by Doing.” Activity-based learning helps in boosting creativity and confidence. A School Child is fascinated with a pool of thoughts, high-energy. Science learning through activities will help in channelizing their energy.
